At Doonek, we strive to ensure your orders—whether they’re handbags, wallets, business cases, travel accessories, apparel, shoes, or watches—are processed and delivered in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines key details about our order processing, delivery options, shipping costs, and related guidelines to help you understand what to expect when shopping with us.

1. Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, we need time to verify your payment, prepare your items for shipment, and conduct a final quality check to ensure your products meet our standards. For most orders, processing takes 1–3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods like Black Friday or Christmas). During peak times, processing may take up to 5 business days—we will notify you via email if there is any delay beyond this timeframe.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items (e.g., monogrammed wallets) require additional processing time, typically 5–7 business days, as they are crafted to your specific requirements. You will find estimated processing times for custom items listed on their individual product pages.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and select international countries. A full list of eligible international destinations is available during the checkout process—if your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for further assistance, as we may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. All orders must be shipped to a physical residential or commercial address. If you provide a P.O. box address, your order may be delayed or canceled, and we will reach out to you to confirm a valid physical address.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on several factors, including the weight and dimensions of your order, the shipping destination, and the delivery speed you select at checkout. For international orders, shipping costs do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We offer multiple delivery speed options for domestic orders, with estimated arrival times (from the date your order ships) as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: This is our most economical option, with estimated delivery times of 3–5 business days for the contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, Standard Shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, you can select Expedited Shipping, which offers estimated arrival times of 2–3 business days for the contiguous United States. This option is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
  • Priority Shipping: Our fastest domestic option, Priority Shipping, provides estimated delivery times of 1–2 business days for most addresses in the contiguous United States. This service is ideal if you need your order quickly (e.g., for a special occasion).

4.2 International Shipping

International delivery times vary significantly by destination and can be affected by customs processing delays. Estimated arrival times for international orders are as follows:

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery times range from 7–14 business days for most North American, European, and Asian countries. For more remote locations or countries with longer customs processing times, delivery may take 14–21 business days.
  • Express International Shipping: For faster international delivery, Express Shipping is available for select countries, with estimated arrival times of 3–5 business days. This option is more costly but includes priority customs processing to minimize delays.

Please keep in mind that these are estimated times only—actual delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events, customs hold-ups, or carrier disruptions. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, but we will work with our shipping partners to resolve any issues and provide updates when possible.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS for domestic orders; DHL or UPS for international orders). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery, including when it leaves our warehouse, arrives at a local distribution center, and is out for delivery.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships, as it needs to be processed by the shipping carrier. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of your order being placed (or within the estimated processing time for custom items), please check your spam folder—if it is not there, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, and we will resend the email or provide your tracking details.

6. Missing or Lost Orders

If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please first check the tracking information for updates—this may show that the order is delayed, out for delivery, or held at a local carrier facility. If the tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided—carriers often have additional details about the delivery location (e.g., left with a neighbor, at the front door).

If you are unable to locate your order with the carrier’s help, or if the tracking information shows the order as lost, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue, and if the order is confirmed lost, we will either send a replacement order or process a refund (at your choice). We cannot assist with missing order claims submitted after 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

For example, some large travel accessories or business cases may have additional shipping fees or may not be eligible for Expedited or Priority Shipping.
